Episode 1011-Journaling for your Mental Health

I got into journaling through that Judy Blume book, “Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret.” I loved the idea of letting all my thoughts out of my head in a concrete way. After a few privacy violations, which detered me from journaling, I have really settled into the purpose for journaling. It’s a great support for your best mental health. Although I see a therapist and meditate regularly, I am able to navigate pretty difficult situations with focused journaling. Tune into this episode to full understand the benefits, get yourself a space to journal and use a few prompts to get you started. It’s your brain- it can’t be hard to let out some junk and put yourself on the best path, mentally. Enjoy this episode!
